Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

anchor-pop-react 📌

A simple React hook for creating anchor-positioned popovers and tooltips.

What is it?

anchor-pop-react is a lightweight headless React hook that makes it easy to position elements (like popovers, tooltips, and dropdowns) relative to other elements on your page.

⚠️ Work in Progress: This project is currently in early development and the API may change without notice.

Note!

⚡ This package uses the CSS Anchor Positioning API, which is currently in the experimental stage in most browsers. A fallback positioning system is included in the package.

The useAnchorPop hook accepts the following options:

Can be "hover", "click", "focus", or an array combining these. | | id | string | auto-generated | Custom ID for the popover element. | | disabled | boolean | false | Whether the popover functionality is disabled. | | delay | number | 300 | Delay in milliseconds before showing the popover. |
