aoskit
The reference SDK for building Agentic Operating Systems.
What is an AOS?
An Agentic Operating System (AOS) is a domain-specific AI system that plans, acts, recovers, and audits — calibrated for a single vertical. Not a chatbot. Not a wrapper. An operating system for intelligence.
Every AOS must have:
- ✅ Agent runtime (plan → act → recover → audit)
- ✅ Tool integration (MCP-compatible)
- ✅ Memory and context management
- ✅ Observability and replay
- ✅ User identity via PID
aoskit is the official SDK that implements the AOS Spec.
Quick Start
npm install aoskitimport { AOS, Agent, Tool } from 'aoskit';
// Define your domain
const wiz = new AOS({
name: 'wiz',
domain: 'ad-intelligence',
version: '1.0.0',
});
// Register agents
wiz.agent('scanner', {
description: 'Scans competitor ads across platforms',
tools: ['meta-ads', 'google-ads', 'tiktok-ads'],
plan: async (context) => {
// Agent planning logic
},
act: async (plan) => {
// Agent execution
},
recover: async (error) => {
// Error recovery
},
});
// Start the AOS
await wiz.start();Core Concepts
Agent Loop
Every agent follows the PARA cycle: Plan → Act → Recover → Audit.

// Agents persist context across sessions
wiz.memory({

});Observability (via FID)
// Plug in FID for automatic command center generation
import { FID } from '@xyandz/fid';
wiz.observe(FID.scan('./'));
// Your file tree becomes a live dashboardIdentity (via PID)
// Users carry identity across AOS instances
import { PID } from '@xyandz/pid-sdk';
wiz.identity(PID.connect());
// User context transfers instantly — zero re-onboardingArchitecture
