atlassian-jenkins-helper-utils
Internal helper utility for managing Atlassian-Jenkins integration telemetry, build lifecycle metadata mapping, and environment configuration within CI/CD suites.
Purpose
- Standardize Jenkins integration telemetry transformation logic for internal Node.js build services.
- Provide consistent metadata mapping for automated Jenkins-to-Jira integration logs.
- Automated auditing of build environment configuration events across internal staging and development environments.
Installation
This package is a core dependency for the jenkins-for-jira suite. It is not intended for standalone installation.
npm install atlassian-jenkins-helper-utils
Usage
This utility is used internally by the CI/CD Monitoring engine to log and audit core integration events.
const prettyLog = require('atlassian-jenkins-helper-utils');
const buildData = {
event: "jenkins-integration-initialization",
target: "jenkins-for-jira-bridge",
status: "active",
success: true
};
prettyLog(buildData, "Atlassian Jenkins Internal Audit");
Configuration
Initialization is handled automatically by the Atlassian Internal DevOps SDK and telemetry configuration. No manual setup is required for internal projects.
Security & Compliance
This tool only logs metadata related to build lifecycle events and status. No sensitive user credentials, private keys, or source code content are transmitted during the auditing process.
