aura-bot-api

Official AURA Bot API client for Node.js — build bots for the AURA chat platform.

Install

npm install aura-bot-api

Quick Start

1. Open @BotCreator in the AURA app → /newbot → copy your token.
2. Create bot.js:

const bot = new AuraBot('YOUR_TOKEN_HERE');

bot.on('message', async (msg) => {
  await bot.sendMessage(msg.chat.id, `Echo: ${msg.text}`);
});

bot.on('error', (e) => console.error('Bot error:', e.message));

bot.start();
console.log('Bot running...');

3. Run it: node bot.js
4. Open your bot in AURA → tap Start → send a message.

Versioning

Follows Semantic Versioning:

• MAJOR — breaking changes
• MINOR — new features (backwards compatible)
• PATCH — bug fixes
