Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Command line utilities for viewing events in your event lake, replaying events, resubmitting faults and more

These utilities support sister project aws-lambda-stream.

Installation

  • npm i aws-lambda-stream-cli -g

Commands

Invoke help commands below for details on the commands and parameters, such as:

$ events help
Commands:
  display [bucket] [prefix]  Display the events in [bucket] for [prefix]
  ls [bucket] [prefix]       List the event files in [bucket] for [prefix]
  replay [bucket] [prefix]   Replay the events in [bucket] for [prefix]

$ events ls help
events ls [bucket] [prefix]

Options:
  --help          Show help                                            [boolean]
  --bucket, -b    bucket containing the events
  --region, -r                                            [default: "us-east-1"]
  --prefix, -p                                          [default: "2018/12/11/"]

Configuration Files

Default parameter configurations can be setup in .eventsrc and .faultsrc json files.
