Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Is a reusable JS module to upload local files to CUBE using Chris API

Install in your project using npm

.. code-block:: bash

$npm install [email protected]

Import and use in your JS app

.. code-block:: bash

import cujs from 'chris-upload';

// Create an object var cu = new cujs();

// Login to CUBE // Example: // -- CUBEurl : http://localhost:8000/api/v1/ // -- username: <user_name_in_CUBE> // -- password: <user_pwd_in_CUBE> cu.login(CUBEurl,username,password);

// Upload files cu.uploadFiles(files);

// Download files as zip cu.downloadFiles(feedId);

// Save files to disk cu.saveFiles(feedId,saveDir);

// Logout cu.logout();

TLDR: To run this app:

Clone from GitHub

.. code-block:: bash

git clone https://github.com/FNNDSC/cujs

Parcel is a tool to bundle and serve code. Install parcel-bundler as a dev dependency:

.. code-block:: bash

npm install [email protected] --save-dev

Now, verify that your project is working :

.. code-block:: bash

$npm run dev

Then navigate to http://localhost:1234/ with your browser. Ensure you have a local CUBE running by following the steps here: https://github.com/FNNDSC/ChRIS_ultron_backEnd#tldr
