claude-architect

Two things live here:

1. .claude/skills/ — a curated library of 47 marketing/GTM and design-process skills for AI coding agents (Claude Code, Pi). Each skill is a self-contained directory: SKILL.md (trigger description + workflow), references/ (deep-dive material loaded on demand), evals/evals.json (behavioral test cases). Design/UI skills referenced here are installed globally in ~/.agents/skills/.
2. website/ — the dependency-free Claude Architect marketing site. See website/README.md.

Installing skills

Copy or symlink any skill directory into your agent's skill location, e.g. for Pi:

ln -s "$PWD/.claude/skills/copywriting" ~/.pi/agent/skills/copywriting

Or point a project at the whole library via .pi/settings.json:

Skill conventions

• Frontmatter: name (matches directory), description (trigger phrases), metadata.version.
• SKILL.md stays lean (~150–350 lines): trigger → context gathering → workflow → output contract. Tables, templates, benchmarks, and checklists belong in references/*.md, linked with See [references/x.md](references/x.md) pointers.
• Every skill has an evals/evals.json with prompt/assertion pairs.
• Shared convention: read .agents/product-marketing.md first if present.
