Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Virtual team framework for Claude Code. Create and manage AI-powered dev personas with specialized skills, scopes, and personalities.

Installation

# Via npm (recommended)
npm install -D claude-hive

# Or pnpm/yarn

Update

Quick Start

# Initialize HIVE in your project
npx hive init --name "MyProject" --devs "alice,bob,charlie"

# Check if ready to work
npx hive doctor

# Launch the dashboard
npx hive ui

Usage

Health Check

hive doctor          # Check if HIVE is ready to work

Verifies: Ollama, Qwen model, RAG index, HIVE config, dashboard port.

Dashboard

hive ui              # Launch dashboard on http://localhost:3333

hive ui --dev        # Dev mode with hot reload

Initialize a Project

hive init --name "MyProject" --devs "alice,bob,charlie"

Options:

  • --name <name> - Project name (default: folder name)
  • --devs <list> - Dev names, comma-separated
  • --minimal - Core skills only
  • --force - Overwrite existing files
  • --keep-claude - Don't replace existing CLAUDE.md

Qwen Helper (Local LLM)
