Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

Lean multi-agent suite for Command Code — orchestrator + 7 specialists + council, ported from oh-my-opencode-slim

command-code-slim

Lean multi-agent suite for Command Code (cmd) — ported from alvinunreal/oh-my-opencode-slim.

One orchestrator + seven specialists + Council (multi-model consensus), wired to Command Code's native primitives: .commandcode/agents/*.md and .commandcode/skills/*/SKILL.md. No plugin build step — the registry re-reads disk every turn and agent(subagent_type="…") replaces OpenCode's task tool.

Install

npx command-code-slim@latest install
# or
bunx command-code-slim@latest install

Project scope (default) writes to ./.commandcode/; use --global for ~/.commandcode/:

npx command-code-slim install --global
npx command-code-slim install --dry-run # preview
npx command-code-slim install --force # overwrite

Verify: open cmd, then /agents and /skills — you should see 9 agents + 9 skills.

command-code-slim doctor # checks install
command-code-slim doctor --global
command-code-slim uninstall # remove
command-code-slim --help
command-code-slim --version

What you get

Pantheon (9 agents)

| Agent | Lane | Model default | |---|---|---| | orchestrator | Master delegator, strategic coordinator — the default entry (agent(subagent_type="orchestrator", …)) | gpt-5.6-terra | | explorer | Fast codebase recon (glob/grep) | gpt-5.6-luna | | librarian | External docs, GitHub examples (context7, gh_grep) | gpt-5.6-luna | | oracle | Architecture, risk, debugging strategy, review | gpt-5.6-sol | | designer | UI/UX implementation and visual excellence | gpt-5.6-luna | | fixer | Bounded, fast implementation specialist | gpt-5.6-luna | | observer | Visual analysis (images, PDFs, diagrams) | gpt-5.6-luna | | council | Multi-model consensus synthesizer (no tools) | gpt-5.6-sol | | councillor | Read-only council advisor (spawned by council) | gpt-5.6-luna |

Per-agent model/tools are front matter in .commandcode/agents/<name>.md — edit them directly or via /agents.

Skills (9)

deepwork, codemap, simplify, verification-planning, reflect, worktrees, clonedeps, oh-my-opencode-slim, loop-engineering — all in .commandcode/skills/*/SKILL.md, invocable as /<name> or auto-invoked by description.

Default agent

When you install, orchestrator becomes the session default: mods/orchestrator-default.ts uses appendSystemPrompt to inject the orchestrator prompt on every turn. So a fresh cmd session loads as orchestrator — same trick upstream uses for its orchestrator plugin hook. The agent file at .commandcode/agents/orchestrator.md stays there for explicit agent(subagent_type="orchestrator", …) delegation too.

How delegation maps

Upstream: task(..., background: true) + Background Job Board + wake scheduler → here: agent(..., run_in_background: true) + agent_output. Keep delegation contracts (validation owner + write scope), don't overlap parallel writers, and preserve @designer intent.

Configuration

  • Agents: .commandcode/agents/*.md (model, tools, prompt body).
  • Skills: .commandcode/skills/*/SKILL.md.
  • MCP: context7, donsetch, gh_grep, gitnexus, context-mode (see taste).
  • Presets are per-agent model choices — swap by editing agent files or branching.
