covermagic-mcp

MCP server for CoverMagic — generate viral video / article cover thumbnails from any MCP-compatible client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, etc.).

Each call to generate_thumbnail returns 3 image URLs (one per style: Viral Pop, Cinematic Drama, Luxury Prestige) and consumes 1 credit from your CoverMagic account. URLs are valid for 7 days.

Setup

1. Sign up at https://www.covermagic.site and purchase credits.
2. Go to Account → API Keys, create a key, and copy the plaintext value.
3. Add this server to your MCP client config:

Restart your MCP client. You should now have a generate_thumbnail tool available.

generate_thumbnail

Inputs:
