Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

create-a4ui

Scaffold a new A4ui app — a Solid + Vite project preconfigured with @a4ui/core, the Spatial Glass design system for SolidJS.

Usage

npm create a4ui@latest my-app

If you omit the directory name and are running in an interactive terminal, you'll be prompted for it (defaults to my-a4ui-app).

Flags

npm create a4ui@latest my-app --tailwind     # include Tailwind CSS (default)
npm create a4ui@latest my-app --no-tailwind  # skip Tailwind, use @a4ui/core/full.css

When flags are passed, or the terminal isn't interactive, prompts are skipped and defaults are used.

Only the solid-vite template is available today. SolidStart and Astro templates are planned for a future release.
