Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

FeatherLume

FeatherLume is a modern, lightweight web starter project designed for rapid development of web applications. It integrates technologies like Petite Vue, TailwindCSS, Pocketbase and Capacitor, enabling a powerful and flexible environment to build scalable, mobile-first web apps with minimal setup.

Getting Started

To get started with FeatherLume, run the following command:

npx create-feather-lume my-app

This will create a new FeatherLume project in the my-app directory.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following installed:

  • Node.js (v14.0 or later)
  • npm (Node Package Manager) (v6.0 or later)

Install Dependencies

Once your project is created, navigate to the project folder:

cd my-app

Then install the dependencies:

npm install

Run the Application

After installing the dependencies, start the development server:

npm start

This will launch the app in your browser at http://localhost:5173.
