Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Install the Growth by Design™ CEO AI Kit in 2 minutes.

npx create-gxd

That's it. The guided installer will:

  1. Ask your name and company — so the AI knows who it's working for
  2. Let you pick your experience level — Essentials (11 skills), Connected (25), or Full Power (271)
  3. Configure your AI tool — Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI
  4. Download all 271 AI skills — pipeline management, deal review, SEO, content, fundraising, and more
  5. Set up your local brain — ~/ceo_brain/ (your identity) and ~/gtm_brain/ (your pipeline)

Then open your IDE, type /gfv_onboard, and the AI walks you through a 5-minute conversational setup.

Uses sensible defaults (Connected tier, Cursor).
