Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

D2B defense procurement notice lookup recipe and parsers for k-skill

Readme

d2b-notice-search

Read-only D2B(국방전자조달시스템) bid notice lookup recipe and parsing helpers for the d2b-notice-search k-skill.

Source

  • Official entry point: https://www.d2b.go.kr/index.do
  • Public search surface: the rendered 입찰공고 search form on the D2B home page
  • Direct HTTP probe: /openapi/sealedBidAnnounceList.json is best-effort only; observed security routing can return 400 Bad Request HTML instead of JSON.

This skill is unauthenticated lookup guidance. It does not log in, bid, submit documents, sign certificates, pay fees, or bypass security software.

Usage

const { buildBrowserAutomationInstructions, buildSearchRequest, parseListHtml } = require("d2b-notice-search")

const recipe = buildBrowserAutomationInstructions({
  keyword: "냉난방기",
  kind: "물품",
  noticeType: "긴급공고",
  dateType: "공고일자",
  dateStart: "2026-07-01",
  dateEnd: "2026-08-30"
})

console.log(recipe.steps)

Returned helpers

  • normalizeSearchOptions(input): normalizes Korean/English aliases, dates, and page numbers.
  • buildSearchRequest(input): returns the official D2B entry URL, browser form selectors, and best-effort direct request metadata.
  • buildBrowserAutomationInstructions(input): documents the fallback order: Aside Browser, BrowserOS CDP/local browser, then direct HTTP best-effort.
  • parseListHtml(html): extracts rendered notice links with JavaScript action metadata.
  • classifyUpstreamHtml(html): classifies security/login/400 HTML as blocked rather than empty results.

Boundaries

  • Primary execution should use Aside Browser against the official rendered page.
  • A user-launched BrowserOS session over CDP (or a local browser you own) is the fallback when Aside Browser is unavailable.
  • Direct HTTP is not the primary path because D2B security routing may reject non-browser requests.
  • No k-skill-proxy route is used because the discovered public search surface does not require an API key.
