Requirements

• Ollama running locally with the qwen2.5:14b model pulled:

  ollama pull qwen2.5:14b
  ollama serve

• Node.js 18+ (for npx)
• Unsplash API key (optional) — enables image matching. Get one free at unsplash.com/developers.

Environment Variables
