Installation

npm install -g devkits-yaml-json

Or use without installation:

npx devkits-yaml-json [args]

Usage

# JSON to YAML
dk-yaml -j '{"name": "test", "value": 123}'

# YAML to JSON
dk-yaml -y "name: test"

# From stdin (auto-detects format)
echo '{"key": "value"}' | dk-yaml
echo "key: value" | dk-yaml

# Pretty print JSON
echo "key: value" | dk-yaml --pretty

Output Examples

JSON to YAML

$ dk-yaml -j '{"name": "test", "count": 5}'

name: "test"
count: 5

YAML to JSON

$ dk-yaml -y "name: test"

{"name":"test"}
