Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

An easy way to install Dev Tools extensions into Electron applications

Electron DevTools Offline Installer

Base on electron-devtools-installer, add offline extensions folder install support.

Why

Because in somewhere can not connect ChromeStore, so add offline install support.

The extensions folder is store extensions file. When install extensions, will looking for the folder, if doesn't exits then connect ChromeStore to download.

Install

$ npm install electron-devtools-installer-offline --save-dev

Usage

import installExtension, {
  REACT_DEVELOPER_TOOLS
} from 'electron-devtools-installer-offline';

installExtension(REACT_DEVELOPER_TOOLS);

Support offline extensions, these extensions are all download already in extensions folder.

import installExtension, {
  EMBER_INSPECTOR, REACT_DEVELOPER_TOOLS,
  ANGULARJS_BATARANG, VUEJS_DEVTOOLS,
  REDUX_DEVTOOLS,
} from 'electron-devtools-installer-offline';

API

installExtension(chromeStoreID, forceDownload=false)

Install DevTool extensions into Electron.

chromeStoreID is ChromeStore ID of the extension
forceDownload set true will ignore the offline extensions files.
