Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Engage Firebase Cordova

Build Status

A Cordova plugin for using Firebase. This plugin contains the Firebase integration features that Engage Mobile has found to be essential for delivering cross-platform apps.

Local Development

This project has no specific version expectations for Node or NPM. Consider using the latest LTS version of Node and the latest version of NPM.

nvm install --lts
nvm install-latest-npm
npm install

Publishing

All published versions should correspond to git tags. Bitrise is configured to publish this project when git tags are pushed. Bitrise will NOT modify the source or update the version information. package.json must be updated and accurate prior to pushing the tag.

Background

Engage Firebase Cordova started out as a fork of the great work done by @ReallySmallSoftware on cordova-plugin-firestore. Over time, the forks diverged and Engage Mobile decided to maintain this fork of the project.

This project diverged from cordova-plugin-firestore at this commit: 83effe6. engage-firbase-cordova is intended to be a plugin for the most applicable parts of Firebase where cordova-plugin-firestore is remaining a purely Firestore focussed project.
