Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Line Author Sidebar for Etherpad

Etherpad plugin that uses colored underlines instead of colored backgrounds to indicate authorship.

This is a fork of ep_author_neat, which is no longer maintained.

This requires Etherpad 1.8.4 or later.

Left: original Etherpad; right: ep_author_neat2 enabled.

Installation

Install from the Etherpad admin UI (Admin → Manage Plugins, search for ep_author_neat2 and click Install), or from the Etherpad root directory:

pnpm run plugins install ep_author_neat2

⚠️ Don't run npm i / npm install yourself from the Etherpad source tree — Etherpad tracks installed plugins through its own plugin-manager, and hand-editing package.json can leave the server unable to start.

After installing, restart Etherpad.
