Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

ESLint Config Namchee

Personal and opinionated ESLint + Prettier shareable configuration with batteries included. This configuration uses XO as the base config.

Installation

Install this package with your favorite package manager

# using npm
npm install eslint-config-namchee -D

# using yarn
yarn add eslint-config-namchee -D

# using pnpm
pnpm add eslint-config-namchee -D

# using bun
bun add eslint-config-namchee -D

Usage

ESLint

To use the ESLint configuration, extend this configuration in your ESLint configuration file.

module.exports = {
  extends: ['eslint-config-namchee'], // or 'namchee' for short 
  // ...
}

Do note that this configuration is meant to be used with TypeScript in mind. Some features might not be compatible or available for vanilla JavaScript.

Prettier

To use the Prettier configuration, extend this configuration in your Prettier configuration file. Refer to the official documentation for how to extend Prettier configuration file.

Below is the example of how to extend the configuration from your package.json:
