Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

AI-powered business valuation MCP server for SMB acquisitions and exit planning.

Tools

dcf_valuation

Discounted Cash Flow valuation with 5-year projections, terminal value, and bear/base/bull scenario analysis. Projects free cash flows based on growth rate and margin assumptions, discounts using industry-appropriate WACC.

comparable_multiples

Values a business using industry-specific EBITDA, revenue, and SDE multiples. Adjusts multiples based on quality factors: recurring revenue percentage, growth rate, customer concentration, owner dependency, business age, and margin trends.

rule_of_thumb

Quick valuation using industry-standard broker heuristics. Includes asset floor calculation, listing price estimate, and likely close price. Covers 17 industries with specific rules per sector.

reconcile_valuation

Combines DCF, comparable multiples, rule-of-thumb, and asset-based valuations into a weighted final range. Weights adjust automatically based on growth profile, capital intensity, and data availability. Includes confidence scoring and negotiation guidance.

sensitivity_matrix

Generates a valuation sensitivity matrix showing how equity value changes across growth rate and EBITDA margin scenarios. Ranks value drivers and quantifies the impact of each assumption change.
