Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

expo-task-manager-fork1

Expo universal module for TaskManager API.

API documentation

Installation

For managed Expo projects, please follow the installation instructions in the API documentation for the latest stable release.

Installation in bare React Native projects

For bare React Native projects, you must ensure that you have installed and configured the expo package before continuing.

Add the package to your npm dependencies

npx expo install expo-task-manager-fork1

Configure for Android

No additional set up necessary.

Configure for iOS

Run npx pod-install after installing the npm package.

To use TaskManager API in standalone, detached and bare apps on iOS, your app has to include background mode in the Info.plist file. See background tasks configuration guide for more details.
