We have updated our \"Zombie\" category on the Games with Gold section of the Windows Store to include Alan Wake. The zombie-themed game lands in Windows 10 for free through May, and the first time anyone downloads Alan Wake, they will receive 10 bonus in-game items for playing. These items include a t-shirt, a bat, a hat, bottle, can, scarf, zombie, bow, and bullets. After the initial download, going forward, any time someone download Alan Wake on Windows 10, they will get these free items as a bonus.


When you purchase a copy of Alan Wake on Steam, you can now download the original Xbox, PC and Steam versions of the game for free as a part of the I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream: Remake bundle. The original Xbox version includes the “Alan Wake’s American Nightmare” expansion as well. The bundle also includes Remedy Entertainment’s “Alan Wake’s American Nightmare,” the “Alan Wake’s American Nightmare - Extended Edition,” the “Silent Hills Complete Edition,” and the “Alan Wake’s American Nightmare Uprising” expansion. The games can be purchased on Steam or individually. The bundle is now available for purchase on Steam until May 30, 2018 or while supplies last. 


Alan Wake's Companion will now send the serial number of the game to Remedy's servers. This is to inform Remedy of any changes that have been made to the game. Please note that it is only the serial number of the game and does not include your Windows account or Steam ID information.
