Note: synth は仮想生成テンプレート(gen-/strike-)を列挙し、必要に応じて src/spikes/ に JSON を書き出します(--write 指定時のみ)。

運用のコツ(重複回避と段階投入)
- まず dry-run で重複確認:
node dist/cli/index.js spikes synth --filter '^strike-' --max 1000 - 既存ファイルはデフォルトで skip。上書きは基本禁止。どうしても必要なら
--overwriteを明示 - 既存にメタデータだけ連結する場合は
--merge-metadataを利用 - 大量投入は段階的に(例: 500〜1,000件/回)。統計は
Materialized: written=..., overwritten=..., skipped=... - コマンド例(安全な投入):
