NoesisGen is a proactive cognitive OS — it runs 4 autonomous sessions a day, detects your patterns, prepares your work materials, and adapts to your rhythm. Built on Claude Code.

While Light gives you a reactive system (skills, vault, gamification), Full adds the layer that makes it alive:

What happens

The installer creates your workspace (~1 minute), then you launch claude inside it and the setup agent takes over.

The setup adapts to your energy — brief answers get a fast setup (~10 min), elaborate answers get deeper profiling (~30 min).

Setup flow (13 steps)

1. Banner — system introduction
2. Silent scan — explores your files in background
3. Conversation — 5 themes (identity, work style + type, projects + deadlines, patterns, expectations)
4. Voice analyzer — studies your writing to calibrate tone (or creates a communication style profile if no text files)
5. File generation — profile, portrait, voice DNA, projects, gamification, calendar, objectives
6. Session schedule — 4 autonomous sessions calibrated to your rhythm + cost estimate + interactive-only option
7. Agents — choose your conversational mirrors (Mirror always, Catalyst/Compass optional)
8. Obsidian — compatibility check
9. Naming — your system gets a name
10. Shell aliases — quick terminal access
11. Smoketest — verify everything works
12. First session — the system runs its first brief
13. Finalization — final CLAUDE.md with everything wired

Sessions are calibrated during setup based on your rhythm. You can set blocked days (e.g., "no sessions on teaching days"). Estimated API cost: ~$15-30/month.

Interactive-only mode: Don't want background sessions? Choose option 3 during setup. All skills work perfectly without agents.

Gamification

18 levels across 3 acts. Level names are personalized during setup (semantic versioning for devs, research milestones for academics, entrepreneurship arc for founders).

XP is tracked automatically 3x/day from your project files. Grace period: 48h. Streaks pause, never break.

Silent mode available — XP tracked in background but never displayed in /status or /bonjour.
