install

npm install -g gethigh
gethigh activate <your-license-key>

Requires Claude Code on PATH and Node 18+.

Any unknown flags pass through to claude.

how it works

1. Plays a joint intro animation, then a particle smoke fill, then a red flash (all skipped on a non-TTY).
2. Spawns claude with --append-system-prompt set to a stoner persona.
3. While claude runs: the terminal background slowly fades over a ~20 min cycle (7 min fade-in, 3 min peak, 10 min wear-off), the cursor glows ember-orange, and a haze wisp drifts across the background every few minutes.
4. The persona affects chat/explanations only — code, edits, and tool calls stay accurate.

Keys are real Gumroad license keys, validated against the Gumroad API on activation. No local secret, no key generation.
