Google Calendar By Date

A small library that sorts a list of events in Google Calendar by date, which makes it easy to query for all the events on a particular date.

Installation

npm i google-calendar-by-date

Usage

Let sampleData be an API response from calendar.events.list as an Object. There is valid sample data in the test/test.js file.

var eventsByDate = googleCalendarListSort.organizeByDate(sampleData);

Behavior

Multi-day event will be copied across all the date objects in which they occur. For example, if an event begins on May 15 and ends on May 16, then it will be a member of the May 15 and May 16 event arrays.

Query dates using Array.filter().
