Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

grunt-builder

Grunt plugin allowing to build js and css app files with index.html main development file. It uses Uglify.js for minification.

Example with index.html development file :

Getting Started

This plugin requires Grunt ~0.4.1

If you haven't used Grunt before, be sure to check out the Getting Started guide, as it explains how to create a Gruntfile as well as install and use Grunt plugins. Once you're familiar with that process, you may install this plugin with this command:

npm install grunt-builder --save-dev

Once the plugin has been installed, it may be enabled inside your Gruntfile with this line of JavaScript:

grunt.loadNpmTasks('grunt-builder');

The "builder" task

Overview

In your project's Gruntfile, add a section named builder to the data object passed into grunt.initConfig().

Type: String Default value: ''

Specific directory app .

options.appcache

Type: Boolean Default value: false

Need to be true for generate the Manisfest cache file.

options.appcacheOptions

Type: Object Default value: {}

Options for manifest cache file (optionalFiles excludeFiles)
