Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

####IDs The examples below show how to select a single story with its ID you can also use the ID method with the other methods provided.

All items have some of the following properties, with required properties in bold.

One of "job", "story", "comment", "poll", or "pollopt". | | by | The username of the item's author. | | time | Creation date of the item, in Unix Time. | | text | The comment, story or poll text. HTML. | | dead | true if the item is dead. | | parent | The item's parent. For comments, either another comment or the relevant story. For pollopts, the relevant poll. | | kids | The ids of the item's comments, in ranked display order. | | url | The URL of the story. | | score | The story's score, or the votes for a pollopt. | | title | The title of the story, poll or job. | | parts | A list of related pollopts, in display order. | | descendants | In the case of stories or polls, the total comment count. |
