This placeholder package exists to protect the public harnessx package name while the implementation and package direction are prepared.

This package is intentionally a placeholder. It does not validate, migrate, or modify repositories.

Note On Naming

npm package names must be lowercase, so the public package name is harnessx even if the project or product name is styled as HarnessX.
