Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

OS 非依存の Web 向け日本語入力スタック — 変換セッション層。

このパッケージ名は hechima プロジェクトのために確保されています。現在、実体の 成果物（hechima.js = 変換セッション層 UMD、hechima-worker.js = 変換 Worker）は GitHub Releases でバージョン付き配布しており、npm への本公開は準備中です。

This package name is reserved for the hechima project — a browser-native Japanese input stack (kana-to-kanji conversion session layer, layout engine, and a WebAssembly build of the Mozc conversion engine). Versioned artifacts are currently distributed via GitHub Releases; proper npm releases are planned.

由来

「へちま」の語源（糸瓜 → とうり → 「と」がいろは順で「へ」と「ち」の間 → へち間）。 かな順の言葉遊びがそのまま名前になっています。IM が h-e-c-h-im-a に隠れています。
