Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Hexo Editor

Hexo Editor is a web editor for hexo blog platform. You can use it to edit, generate and deploy posts over the web. This editor will auto save your post to the server side by TextSync. If you have any questions, the Wiki may be helpful.

Requirements

  • Node.js > v5.9.1
  • Redis > v3.2.0

Installation

npm install hexo-editor

Config

You can modify these variables in '_config.yml'.

local

  • false: When you deploy it in the server side, it will need to authenticate.
  • true: When you just want to use it in desktop environment.

username

  • The username for the server side authentication.

password

  • The password for the server side authentication.

base_dir

  • The root directory of your blog.
