Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

heymarta-mcp

Marta; your marketing agent, inside Claude Code. Turn a product (a URL is enough) into a full on-brand campaign: brand read, art directions previewed in your real Instagram feed, a cohesive grid, product-faithful hero shots, and UGC/i2v video. Everything composes locally on your machine; only model calls are metered on your Marta account.

Install

claude mcp add marta -- npx -y heymarta-mcp

Then, in Claude Code:

make me an Instagram campaign for https://yourbrand.com

The first time it needs your account it runs connect_account — you open a link, click Approve in the browser, and you're connected (free credits to start). No keys to copy, no config files. Get an account + manage credits at your Marta dashboard.

What runs where

  • On your machine (free): website + Instagram scraping, ffmpeg compose, feed mockups, files saved under ~/Documents/marketing-agent.
  • On the service (metered): the image, video, and narration model calls — estimated and confirmed before every spend.

Requires Node 20+ and ffmpeg on your PATH (brew install ffmpeg). First run downloads a headless browser for scraping.
