Publishing (maintainers)
From the repo root, do not use npm publish at the root (that package is private). Use:
npm login
HYPURRCLAW_POSTHOG_TOKEN="phc_..." npm run cli:publishcli:publish runs cd apps/cli && npm publish, which packs only dist/hypurrclaw.js, LICENSE, and README.md (~150 kB). prepublishOnly rebuilds the bundle with the PostHog token embedded when HYPURRCLAW_POSTHOG_TOKEN is set.
Verify the tarball before publishing:
npm run cli:pack
# inspect: tar -tzf apps/cli/hypurrclaw-*.tgz
