Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

Command-line client for Intesa, a project and task tracker, built for people and AI agents

Readme

intesa

The command-line client for Intesa, a project and task tracker: tasks, projects, members, tags, custom fields and attachments from the terminal, a full-screen board, and a contract built for AI agents (--json everywhere, stable exit codes, no prompts when not interactive, intesa schema, intesa mcp).

Install

intesa runs on Bun 1.4 or newer.

bun add -g intesa # recommended
bunx intesa --help # or run it without installing
npm install -g intesa # also works; still runs on Bun

With npm, the full-screen board (intesa board) may be missing its terminal UI library, whose package asks for a newer Node than most installs have; installing with Bun avoids that. Without Bun, use a standalone binary from the releases instead.

intesa auth login --host https://pm.example.com # shows a code to approve in the browser
intesa auth status

Scripts and CI can set INTESA_TOKEN and INTESA_HOST instead. A .intesa.json such as {"host": "https://pm.example.com", "workspace": "acme", "project": "WEB"} pins the context for a checkout.

Use

intesa task list --mine
intesa task create -T "Fix login redirect" -a @me -t bug --priority high
intesa task move WEB-12 review --subtasks match
intesa board WEB

Run intesa --help, intesa <command> --help or intesa schema for everything else.

For AI agents

Pass --json (and --fields) to every command; stdout carries only data, errors are JSON on stderr, and the exit code says what went wrong (intesa help exit-codes). Nothing prompts when stdin is not a terminal. intesa mcp serves the same commands as MCP tools (claude mcp add intesa -- intesa mcp), and the agent skill installs with:

npx skills add ELT-Global/intesa --skill intesa
