Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

jfrog-npm-login

npm login CLI for jFrog Artifactory (version 5.4 or below).

This CLI works with the jFrog API to get the npm authentication data and save it in your user level .npmrc.

After version 5.4 of jFrog Artifactory, npm authentication can be done with npm login. This CLI is only useful for older versions.

Install

npm install -g jfrog-npm-login

Usage

The CLI can be used as jfrog-npm-login or jnl

list

Lists all the jFrog Artifactory registries configured by the user.

jfrog-npm-login list

add

Configures a new jFrog Artifactory registries for the user.

jfrog-npm-login add --url https://my-domain.com/artifactory/api/npm/default/ --token XXXXXXX

delete

Removes a configured jFrog Artifactory registries based on the URL.

jfrog-npm-login delete --url https://my-domain.com/artifactory/api/npm/default/
