Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

JSXLab

This package is a JUPYTER Notebook clone but for JSX. It allows you to write and execute JSX code in a notebook-like environment. It also supports markdown cells and diagram cells.

Usage

You can download the package from npm or execute it with npx.

npm install -g jsxlab
jsxlab serve [filename] [options]

or


npx jsxlab serve [filename] [options]

You can just run the command without any arguments. It will create a new notebook.js file in the current directory. You will be prompted to follow the given link to open the notebook in your browser.

Options

  • [filename]: The name of the file to create. Default is notebook.js.
  • --port or -p: The port to run the server on. Default is 4005.
