init-project: GitHub Project 연동

프로젝트 디렉토리에서 GitHub Project 태스크 관리를 설정합니다.

jun-claude-code init-project

인터랙티브로 다음을 설정합니다:

• GitHub Owner (org 또는 user)
• Project Number
• Repository (owner/repo 형식)

활성화되는 기능:

GitHub Actions를 통한 Context 문서 자동 생성을 설정합니다.

필수 설정:

1. Repository Actions 권한 활성화

   • Repository → Settings → Actions → General
   • Workflow permissions 섹션에서:
     • "Read and write permissions" 선택
     • ✅ "Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests" 체크

2. CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN 추가

   • Settings → Secrets and variables → Actions → New repository secret
