Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Kalia

Kalia is a VSCode theme for those of you that like dark themes. But it's not just about beautiful colors. Kalia is styling your code based on context. Think about a string. If it is used as a function argument is one color and if it is placed as a tag attribute is another.

Here are the main characteristics:

  • Pastel colors near monochromic
  • Balanced contrast
  • Contextual colors

Kalia VSCode Theme

Installation

  • Get VSCode from here
  • Install, open and choose Extensions from menu
  • Search for "Kalia Theme"
  • Click Install to install it
  • Click Reload to reload the editor
  • You can then access the theme from the menu bar click: Code > Preferences > Color Theme > Kalia
