Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

kojiru-langchain

The Recourse Layer™ toolkit for LangChain. Six credit primitives as native DynamicStructuredTools, live on Base mainnet since 2026-07-20.

npm install kojiru-langchain @langchain/core zod

Quick start

import { ChatOpenAI } from '@langchain/openai';
import { AgentExecutor, createToolCallingAgent } from 'langchain/agents';
import { ChatPromptTemplate } from '@langchain/core/prompts';
import { kojiruTools } from 'kojiru-langchain';

const tools = kojiruTools({ apiKey: process.env.KOJIRU_API_KEY! });

const prompt = ChatPromptTemplate.fromMessages([
  ['system', 'You are a treasurer for autonomous agent {agent_id}. Use Kojiru tools to check credit and route recourse before any spend.'],
  ['human', '{input}'],
  ['placeholder', '{agent_scratchpad}'],
]);

const agent = await createToolCallingAgent({
  llm: new ChatOpenAI({ model: 'gpt-4o-mini' }),
  tools,
  prompt,
});

const executor = new AgentExecutor({ agent, tools });
const result = await executor.invoke({
  agent_id: '0xAgent…',
  input: 'What credit line can I safely draw for a 30-day term?',
});

Available tools

| Tool | Purpose | |---|---| | kojiru_get_acs_score | ACS™ tier, credit ceiling (USD), current APR | | kojiru_get_agent_stake | Posted seller-bond in KOJI + USD equivalent | | kojiru_verify_recourse_route | Prove a tx routed slashed collateral to the harmed party | | kojiru_request_credit_line | Draw against the ACS™-derived ceiling | | kojiru_post_intent_anchor | Anchor a signed spending intent | | kojiru_get_evaluator_records | ERC-8004 evaluator attestations |

LangGraph

Every returned tool is a standard DynamicStructuredTool, so it also works inside a LangGraph ToolNode:

import { ToolNode } from '@langchain/langgraph/prebuilt';

const toolNode = new ToolNode(kojiruTools({ apiKey: process.env.KOJIRU_API_KEY! }));

API key

Request a key at https://kojiru.com/contact?intent=mcp-key.

Endpoint override

Defaults to https://kojiru-platform-production.up.railway.app/mcp/mcp. Override with endpoint: '…' or the KOJIRU_MCP_ENDPOINT env var.
