Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Kybernesis Plugin

CLI tools for connecting Kybernesis AI agents to Claude Code.

Installation

npx kybernesis-plugin login

Or install globally:

npm install -g kybernesis-plugin

Commands

Login (Recommended)

Authenticate via browser-based OAuth:

npx kybernesis-plugin login

This will:

  1. Open your browser to kybernesis.ai
  2. Sign in with your existing account
  3. Click "Authorize" to grant Claude Code access
  4. Your API key is saved securely to ~/.kybernesis/api-key

Sync Agents

Sync your Kybernesis agents to Claude Code skills:

npx kybernesis-plugin sync

This creates a skill for each of your active agents in Claude Code. After syncing, restart Claude Code for changes to take effect.

Logout

Remove stored credentials:

npx kybernesis-plugin logout

Help

Show available commands:

npx kybernesis-plugin help

Alternative: Manual API Key

If you prefer not to use browser authentication, you can set your API key manually:

export KYBERNESIS_API_KEY="kb_your_api_key_here"

Get your API key from your agent settings at https://kybernesis.ai/agents

Claude Code Plugin

This npm package is used by the Kybernesis Claude Code plugin. To install the full plugin:

/plugin marketplace add KybernesisAI/kybernesis-claude-code-plugin

Then use the slash commands:

  • /kybernesis:kybernesis-login - Authenticate via browser
  • /kybernesis:kybernesis-sync - Sync agents to skills
  • /kybernesis:kybernesis-logout - Remove credentials
