Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

What it will be

LiveArmy is a multi-agent AI orchestration cockpit — a desktop application (Windows / Mac / Linux, with mobile companion) that unifies:

  • Multi-session chat with Claude Code (consuming Claude Max plan)
  • Real-time fleet view of AI coding agents (Antigravity, Claude Code, future providers)
  • Cross-machine federation via Tailscale (control agents on remote PCs)
  • Take Control via RustDesk for manual interaction
  • Cost forecasting with auto-pause thresholds
  • Self-healing watchdog patterns
  • Diff-first review UI for agent commits
  • Audit log of every action (append-only, hash-chained)

Built on the HSAaS platform monorepo with security-first architecture (OWASP LLM Top 10, OWASP Agentic Top 10, SLSA L2→L3, ISO 42001 ready).
