What it will be
LiveArmy is a multi-agent AI orchestration cockpit — a desktop application (Windows / Mac / Linux, with mobile companion) that unifies:
- Multi-session chat with Claude Code (consuming Claude Max plan)
- Real-time fleet view of AI coding agents (Antigravity, Claude Code, future providers)
- Cross-machine federation via Tailscale (control agents on remote PCs)
- Take Control via RustDesk for manual interaction
- Cost forecasting with auto-pause thresholds
- Self-healing watchdog patterns
- Diff-first review UI for agent commits
- Audit log of every action (append-only, hash-chained)
Built on the HSAaS platform monorepo with security-first architecture (OWASP LLM Top 10, OWASP Agentic Top 10, SLSA L2→L3, ISO 42001 ready).
