Lookin MCP Server

MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for Lookin, enabling AI agents to inspect iOS app UI hierarchies in real-time.

Architecture

AI Agent <--MCP(stdio)--> LookinMCP (Node.js) <--HTTP--> Lookin Client (macOS) <--Peertalk--> iOS App

Prerequisites

• Lookin Client (macOS app) running with the embedded HTTP server (port 56780)
• An iOS app connected to Lookin with LookinServer SDK integrated

Install

npm install -g lookin-mcp

Or use directly with npx (no install needed).

Available Tools

The default text format for lookin_get_ui_tree is optimized for token efficiency:
