Introduction

The purpose of this manual is to provide to the user a knowlegde on the usage of this apoplication as well a troubleshoothing guide.

Who will use the application

The application is desing to be used by any user in Magaya, the report generator although must be configured by the Professional Service Team.

Solution

• The application is a NodeJs application, running as a extension of Magaya, generating excel files as per customer request.

Requirements

• Magaya 11.1 installed on the server

How to use

Navitage to your Reports/Options - Extension - Papiro - Flex Reports

Select the desired range of dates of the report and click on Save. It will take some time to process, but once completed a sucessfull message will appear and an download option will apear.

OBS: We recomend the usage of Firefox as browser as it will automatically show the download/open the document as soon the process is finished.

Troubleshoothing

THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE DIRECTED FOR AN IT PERSON OR MAGAYA TECH SUPPORT

If the extension stops working, please follow the steps below:

• Check if the communucation Suite is up and running
• Restart the communication Suite
• Do NOT delete the logs in any case
• Verify the access control log for detailed information
