• initWebpackConfig(config) 根据config生成webpack配置，同时安装相应依赖
• getDepsFromConfig(config) 根据config获取依赖列表
• createWebpackConfig(config) 根据config生成webpack配置
• normalizeConfig(config) 返回标准的config参数
• build(config) start(config) server(config) 默认构建函数
