Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Kaipai CLI

在终端创建视频内容、修复图片与视频、消除文字或水印、添加动态字幕和生成混剪。

安装与开始

需要 Node.js 20.3 或更高版本；本地视频预检使用 npm 随包分发的 ffprobe，无需单独安装。

用 kaipai <命令> --help 查询参数。媒体入口为 tool、subtitle 和 mixed-cut。本包目标为 kaipai / release，进程 CLI_ENV=pre|beta|release 可切换环境。令牌、身份、目录使用 KAIPAI_*，凭据位于 ~/.kaipai/profiles/<env>/；上传 SDK 随包内置。旧 KAIPAI_ENV 改为 CLI_ENV，旧区域选择已移除。每个环境的真实服务需独立验证。

预检与执行

kaipai contracts 导出输入契约。媒体处理命令支持 --params-file <path> --validate-only --json，只做本地校验，不登录、不上传、不提交。参数文件不能与显式业务参数混用。正式执行需要去掉 --validate-only。

混剪支持 1–20 个图片、视频或混合素材；先分析，展示实际 ready Brief 并取得确认，再生成 talking 或 material 成片。

输出

业务 stdout 为逐行 JSON：保留完整 HTTP 响应或 SSE 事件及未知字段；本地诊断在 stderr，带 source:"cli"。两条流分别读取。退出码 0 可能只表示受理、快照或 detach；必须查询明确的成功终态与输出文件，才能确认成片完成。完整协议与迁移说明见源码仓库的 docs/cli-technical-design.md。
