Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

memorylabs

One memory, every assistant. This command connects the AI tools on your machine to MemoryLabs, a private, user-owned memory vault that every major assistant can read and write through one connector (MCP).

npx memorylabs connect

It detects what you have installed (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Gemini CLI), asks once, writes the right config for each tool, and tells you exactly how to finish sign-in. Existing configuration is never removed, and every file it touches is backed up first.

npx memorylabs status

shows what is connected.

What you get

Tell Claude Code something once, and Codex, Cursor, and Gemini already know it. Your memory lives in your own vault at memorylabs.dev: visible, editable, exportable, and revocable, not locked inside any one vendor.

  • Works with any MCP-capable assistant; browser apps (Claude, ChatGPT) connect in-app with the same URL
