metaphrase

Delta-based AI translation pipeline for i18n locale files (JSON / YAML / Markdown): a checksum lockfile tracks source strings, and only the changed keys are translated — one LLM request covers all target locales at once, so locales stay mutually consistent and a no-op CI run finishes in seconds.

A metaphrase is a word-for-word translation — the faithful, key-by-key kind this tool performs, as opposed to a paraphrase (Dryden's taxonomy).

Status: under active development. This release only reserves the package name; the real tool will land here once it graduates from internal use.
