MicroPrompt MCP Server

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that connects Claude and other MCP-compatible AI clients to the MicroPrompt daemon. It exposes prompt management, resolution, and registry operations as MCP tools.

Prerequisites

• Node.js 18+
• A running MicroPrompt daemon (mp daemon start)

Install

npm install -g @microprompt/mcp-server

Or install from a release tarball:

npm install -g microprompt-mcp-server-1.0.0.tgz

Configure Claude Desktop

Add to your Claude Desktop config (~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json on macOS):
