Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Microsoft Graph Tool

A basic CLI tool for interacting with the Microsoft Graph API. This tool allows you to list Microsoft 365 sites and drives using Azure AD application credentials.

Installation

You can install this tool globally from npm:

npm install -g microsoft-graph-tool

This will make the microsoft-graph command available globally.

Usage

List all sites

graph list-sites [search] [--tenantId <tenantId>] [--clientId <clientId>] [--clientSecret <clientSecret>]

Lists all sites in your tenant, with an optional search string. If credentials are not provided as options, the tool will use the corresponding environment variables.

List all drives in a site

graph list-drives <siteId> [--tenantId <tenantId>] [--clientId <clientId>] [--clientSecret <clientSecret>]

Lists all drives for the specified site ID. You must provide the siteId as a positional argument. Credentials can be provided as options or via environment variables.

Resolve a SharePoint URL

graph resolve-url <url> [--tenantId <tenantId>] [--clientId <clientId>] [--clientSecret <clientSecret>]

Resolves a SharePoint URL to its corresponding site ID and drive ID. Provide the full SharePoint URL as the positional argument. Credentials can be provided as options or via environment variables.
